Travelbag produce regular customer magazines, adverts and direct mail highlighting their travel experiences. These marketing pieces all looked quite different from each other and not ‘on brand’. They had started to look dated, they all needed a brand and visual refresh.

Our work for Travelbag
We initially worked with Travelbag to redesign its quarterly 60 page customer magazine. This was sent out to their extensive customer database and stocked in their 7 shops.
This customer magazine was completely redesigned – given a face life, a new name, visual style and tone of voice, refreshing their brand, messages and helping to drive sales.
We worked with Travelbag’s in house copywriter to develop absorbing articles – unusual destinations, ‘don’t miss’ experiences, travel tips and cultural highlights. Giving readers a ‘locals’ viewpoint on each destination, helping to entice readers to book their next holiday with Travelbag.
We worked on subsequent editions of the customers magazine as well as developing a range of direct mail, brochures and adverts.
